Für Zeremonien, Empfänge oder Konferenzen bietet das Belle-Époque-Foyer und die angrenzende Freiluftterrasse Platz für jeweils 300 Gäste und bei einem gesetzten Abendessen können 160 Gäste bewirtet werden. Das Foyer misst 180 Quadratmeter und die Terrasse 412 Quadratmeter.
