Niklas Oberhofer wins a michelin star and also made it on to the podium at the cookery competition
Monday, October 17, 2022: since 12:00 noon today, a very special star has been shining in the sky above the 5-star Superior Wellness Resort Waldhaus Flims. The gourmet restaurant “Epoca by Tristan Brandt”, awarded 16 points by Gault&Millau, receives a MICHELIN Star.
The inspectors of the renowned restaurant guide “Guide MICHELIN” ennoble the Swiss gourmet restaurant concept at the Waldhaus Flims, which is under the patronage of top chef Tristan Brandt and headed by chef Niklas Oberhofer.

Monday, October 17, 2022: in the best-known cooking competition for young talents from Germany, Switzerland and Austria, Niklas Oberhofer (26) achieved third place. his assistant and sous chef Simon Bantle (26) was named newcomer of the year and thus automatically moves into the preliminary final for chef of the year 2023.
