Our virtual meeting packages enables you to meet with people on-site and online (up to 150 simultaneously) or stream your seminar to an unlimited number of online participants. From the invitation process to the individually designed sessions with live streaming, our expert team is trained to make your hybrid event planning seamless, so you can focus on what is really important.

*Due to current social distancing measures, only 36 guests are allowed in the Belle Epoque Ballroom; 11 in Pavillon I-III and 8 in our Boardroom.
